WE ARE OFFERING A DELIVERY SERVICE WITHIN THE M25 AREA.
HOW IT WORKS?
Place your order online at exclusivefireworks.co.uk and select the delivery option. We aim to deliver orders within 2 – 4 working days after placing your order but delivery times may be longer during peak season. We therefore recommend that you book your delivery early – please note that we are unable to offer a delivery service between the 3rd and 14th November. A next day delivery service may be available – please contact us on 0208 814 1600
We will require an adult over the age of 18 with ID present at the address to sign for the delivery.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.
If delivery cannot be successfully completed, your order will be returned to our store. In order for us to attempt delivery again a further charge will be incurred which will be collected prior to delivery.
Please ensure that you check your order at the time of delivery and notify us of any issues immediately to allow for corrections to be made where necessary. Please do not wait until your firing night.
We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items items with similar products of the same value.
We reserve the right to refuse an order and refund the payment within 7 days of placing the order.
